Hi I'm Lara, a university-qualified Nutritionist and certified meal planning coach

With a deep love for food and years of hands-on experience in the culinary and nutrition world, I combine evidence-based coaching with real-life cooking skills to help you feel your best. From working on Junior MasterChef to writing for Good Food and Women’s Weekly, I know how to make healthy eating simple, delicious, and sustainable.

With a degree in Health Sciences, majoring in Nutrition and Psychology, I offer personalised support in gut health, energy, sleep, and sports nutrition — giving you the tools and motivation to create lasting change. Let’s turn your health goals into an exciting, achievable reality.

To get started, you'll need to fill out an Nutrition Assessment. It helps me understand your eating habits and lifestyle better. Your honest answers are important, as they allow us to work together making small changes to help you reach your wellness goals.

Let's Connect! 

In our 60-minute Zoom or phone health strategy session, we'll take a look at your nutrition assessment form and discuss what you eat daily from your food diary. I'll help you understand your nutritional knowledge and make sure we're on the same page. Together, we'll set achievable goals to improve your health, and I'll be there to support you along the. In the last 30 minutes, we'll identify ways to enhance your eating habits, share meal ideas, and look at a balanced plate guide. By end of our session, you'll receive a simple action plan with clear goals, recipes and meal plan ideas.

Share Your Culinary Adventures

To kick things off, I invite you to keep a Food Diary for 5-7 days—it's a simple yet powerful tool for us to identify where we can make meaningful changes. Feel free to use an app or stick to good old pen and paper—whatever suits you best! Snap pictures of your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and share them with me. Your honesty is crucial in this process, and rest assured, everything you share will be kept completely confidential. Let's create a healthier you!

Stay Connected

We'll set up weekly follow-up calls that work for you. Each call will last about30-45 minutes and is designed to help you as you try out new strategies. You'll learn about food prep ideas, creating a healthy kitchen, the importance of exercise, and how nutrients affect your body. Building new habits can be challenging, but with my support, you'll feel more confident on your journey. Plus, you'll get email and SMS support for 4 weeks!
