Hi I'm Lara, a university-qualified Nutritionist and certified meal planning coach
My profound love for food and the art of cooking shines through in every collaboration. With a rich background as a cooking assistant at Sydney Seafood School and a recipe writer for renowned Australian magazines like Australia Good Food and Women's Weekly, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Having worked behind the scenes on popular food TV shows Junior Master Chef and as a photo chef for esteemed clients such as Breville and NewsCorp, I understand how to turn culinary visions into reality. My international experience in restaurants across England, Spain, and the Greek Islands, paired with her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, majoring in Nutrition and Psychology, equips me with substantial knowledge about the body and the profound effects of food. From gut health to sleep hygiene and sports nutrition, I will offer and teach you insightful coaching strategies and cooking skills for health behaviour change that inspire and elevate you to continue on the path to improved health. In our 60-minute Zoom or phone health strategy session, we'll take a look at your nutrition assessment form and discuss what you eat daily from your food diary. I'll help you understand your nutritional knowledge and make sure we're on the same page. Together, we'll set achievable goals to improve your health, and I'll be there to support you along the. In the last 30 minutes, we'll identify ways to enhance your eating habits, share meal ideas, and look at a balanced plate guide. By end of our session, you'll receive a simple action plan with clear goals, recipes and meal plan ideas.

Share Your Culinary Adventures
To kick things off, I invite you to keep a Food Diary for 5-7 days—it's a simple yet powerful tool for us to identify where we can make meaningful changes. Feel free to use an app or stick to good old pen and paper—whatever suits you best! Snap pictures of your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and share them with me. Your honesty is crucial in this process, and rest assured, everything you share will be kept completely confidential. Let's create a healthier you!

We'll set up weekly follow-up calls that work for you. Each call will last about30-45 minutes and is designed to help you as you try out new strategies. You'll learn about food prep ideas, creating a healthy kitchen, the importance of exercise, and how nutrients affect your body.
