Eating seasonal fruits and veggies means better taste, more nutrients, and support for local farmers! 🌱 Print this out and stick it on your wall as a tasty reminder to enjoy nature’s best this Autumn.
🍎 Apples – High in fiber and vitamin C, great for gut health and immunity. I have a delicious Apple Cake recipe in my blog that is the perfect cake to bake and enjoy during the months of Autumn.
🍐 Pears – Packed with fiber and antioxidants to support digestion and heart health.
🍊 Mandarins – Rich in vitamin C to boost immunity and skin health.
