Wholesome Snack Idea.

This little meal is bursting with good fats, calcium & flavour. The crackers I love to buy are Ryvita crackers because they are made of wholegrain & seeds & come in little packs of 4 which is the perfect amount for a snack.
For this snack you’ll need
✨Wholemeal or seeded Crackers
✨Dukka
✨Smoked sardines
✨Avocado
✨Tomatoes
✨Parsley leaves
1️⃣Simply mash the avocado on the crackers. Sprinkle with dukka & top with sliced tomatoes on 2 of the crackers & a sprinkle of a little more dukka.
2️⃣And press a couple of sardines onto the remaining 2 crackers & a sprinkle of parsley.
👉Sardine flavour too strong for you? Try them again with a generous squeeze lemon juice & sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Cold water oily fish like sardines are incredibly vital for skin, bone & brain health.
